Meet the Artist:
Florida-based artist Sherri Springer paints seascapes, flowers, and abstracts emanating a soothing, ethereal feel. Free-flowing gestural strokes of soft pastels and earthy tones make for compositions that are elegant and mystical, offering a glimpse into the artist’s inner world. Sherri enjoys the variety of painting with brighter, bolder palletes as well. Her foray into art began spontaneously - when her mother, a talented oil painter, was diagnosed with end-stage cancer. Determined to follow her passion, she left a decades-long career in business to paint full-time.
Springer is represented by Agora Gallery in New York City, where she exhibited as part of the gallery’s December exhibition The Ethereal Dance: A Winter’s Dream. Springer’s paintings have been exhibited locally and internationally. Her artwork was featured in Contemporary Art Curator Magazine, House & Garden, The World of Interiors, and on HGTV’s My Lottery Dream Home.
